Together the Hara will unfold for you in a direct, hands-on, physical experience of body-based wellness work. Insights from this deep practice of mind-body medicine reveal and provide access to foundational layers of peace, self knowledge and self-revelation, forgotten in our modern, busy age.
This 2-day, 2-trainer workshop provides the time, space and carefully selected tools to go more deeply within – to self-care, and a more intuitive sense of compassionate, authentic alignment with the Self we were created to be. The Hara is a Japanese term, and is closely related to the concept of deepest place of life force within, not unlike the Chinese concept of Lower Dantien. Creating better, sturdier connection to this life force core increases energy flow, resiliency, stability, balance and a dominance of the para-sympathetic nervous system. This is self-care on a deep, physiological and spiritual level.
Charles has been Tapping for many years, and now focuses upon using the Hara methods extensively in his international workshops. Jondi continues to support and encourage Energy Psychology and Tapping modalities and adaptations that help stretch healing to all kinds of situations around the globe.
